Research interests:
My research topic is Systems Intelligence in teams and organizations. I am especially interested in leadership and how to build Systems Intelligent Organizations. Scientific research is my passion and by research I want to influence and to build a better world for us all. My interest in research aroused during my Master's studies in University of Turku. The topic of my thesis was Stress, Recovery, and Work Engagement among Finnish Business Managers. It was awarded the best thesis of the year 2013 in Finland by Finnish Association For Human Resource Management.
